Lamb With Roasted Red Peppers And Onions - 7 Net Carbs

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar roasted red peppers, drained and roughly chopped
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 2 medium onions, halved and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup wine
  • 2 tablespoons capers, drained
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 lbs lamb cutlets

Recipe

  • 1 add all ingredients, except lamb, to crockpot. toss to mix.
  • 2 top with lamb cutlets and sitir to coat lamb.
  • 3 cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
