- 3 lbs lamb roast
- 4 cups applesauce
- 18 ounces barbecue sauce
Recipe
- 1 place meat in slow cooker. spread applesauce over top. spoon barbecue sauce over applesauce.
- 2 cover and cook on low 6-8 hours.
- 3 remove from slow cooker and shred with forks.
