Ingredients
- 6 (3/4 inch) lamb chops
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, brown lamb chops on both sides and place in a 5 quart slow cooker.
- 2 combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, and vinegar and mix well.
- 3 pour brown sugar-vinegar mixture over lamb chops.
- 4 cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours.
- 5 serve over hot cooked noodles.
