Lamb Chops And Stuffing

Ingredients

• 4 lamb chops
• 3 cups dry breadcrumbs
• 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 onion, diced
• 1/4 cup water
• 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup water

Recipe

• 1 brown lamb chops.
• 2 while lamb chops are browning,mix together bread crumbs,poultry seasoning, melted butter, diced onion, and 1/4 cup water in large bowl.
• 3 mix well and set aside.
• 4 in another bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup and 1/3 cup water.
• 5 mix well.
• 6 place browned lamb chops in baking dish.
• 7 cover lamb chops and stuffing mix with topping.
• 8 cover with foil.
• 9 bake at 350°f for 1 hour.
