Ingredients

- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
- 6 lamb chops
- flour
- parsley flakes (optional)
- salt and pepper
- 5 cups potatoes, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Recipe
- 1 combine soup and sour cream in bowl, mixing well.
- 2 coat lamb chops with seasoned flour.
- 3 place potatoes in 9x13x2-inch buttered casserole.
- 4 arrange lamb chops on top.
- 5 cover with sour cream mixture.
- 6 bake at 350°f for about 1 1/4 hours or until lamb chops are tender.
