Ingredients

- 4 lamb chops, about 1 pound
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth, campbell's
- 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
- 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
- 2 add remaining ingredients except the water and cornstarch.
- 3 cover; simmer 45 minutes.
- 4 stir now and then.
- 5 mix 2 t. water and 1 t. cornstarch.
- 6 stir into sauce, cooking and stirring until thickened.
