Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 lamb chops or 6 lamb loin chops, 3/4 inch thick
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen cut green beans, defrosted
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
- 1 cup milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 brown chops, season with salt and pepper.
- 2 mix together beans, soup, milk and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
- 3 pour mixture into a 2-quart baking dish.
- 4 arrange lamb chops on top.
- 5 cover and bake in 350°f oven for 45 minutes or until meat is done.
