- 4 lamb loin chops, 1/2 ",thick
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon flour
- hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 cook lamb chops on both sides in hot oil about 10 minutes.
- 2 drain fat.
- 3 mix water and soup mix.
- 4 pour over chops in skillet.
- 5 bring to boil; cover and simmer 30-40 minutes.
- 6 remove chops to platter; keep warm.
- 7 stir together sour cream, milk, flour.
- 8 stir mixture into pan juices.
- 9 cook and stir until mixture is thick and bubbly.
- 10 serve chops and sauce over hot noodles.
