Lamb Chops In Sour Cream Sauce

Ingredients

- 6 lamb loin chops
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons onions, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon instant beef bouillon or 1 beef bouillon cube
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, brown the lamb chops.
- 2 add 1/2 cup of water, the brown sugar, onion, ketchup, garlic and bouillon cube.
- 3 cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
- 4 remove lamb chops to a serving platter and keep warm.
- 5 in a small bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of flour with 1/4 cup of water.
- 6 slowly add to the cooking liquid.
- 7 cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- 8 stir in the sour cream and heat thoroughly.
- 9 do not boil.
- 10 serve the sauce over the lamb chops.
