Ingredients

- 7 lamb chops
- 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef gravy
- 10 1/2 ounces water
- 1/2 onion, sliced
- salt, to-taste
- ground black pepper, to-taste
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, in water
Recipe
- 1 season lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
- 2 brown lamb chops in olive oil.
- 3 add onion and cook until translucent.
- 4 add soup, gravy, and water.
- 5 simmer for 1 hour.
- 6 add flour and water mixture. heat until thickened.
- 7 serve with potatoes or rice.
