Rick's Lamb Chops In Gravy

Ingredients

  • Servings: 7
  • 7 lamb chops
  • 10 1/2 ounces cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 (10 1/2 ounce) cans beef gravy
  • 10 1/2 ounces water
  • 1/2 onion, sliced
  • salt, to-taste
  • ground black pepper, to-taste
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour, in water

Recipe

  • 1 season lamb chops with salt and black pepper.
  • 2 brown lamb chops in olive oil.
  • 3 add onion and cook until translucent.
  • 4 add soup, gravy, and water.
  • 5 simmer for 1 hour.
  • 6 add flour and water mixture. heat until thickened.
  • 7 serve with potatoes or rice.
