Slow Cooker Lamb Roast With Apples

Ingredients
- 3 lbs lamb roast
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 1/8 teaspoon salt and pepper
- 4 cups apple cider or 4 cups juice
- 1 cup beef stock
- 3 large apples, cleaned and sliced
- 1 large onion, sliced thinly
- 1 bay leaf
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, heat oil and brown roast.
- 2 remove roast and saute onions.
- 3 in the slow cooker, add apple cider, apples, beef stock and bay leaf.
- 4 place roast into slow cooker and add onions.
- 5 cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
