Lamb Chops And Rice

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops, lean
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • flour
  • 1/4 cup water

Recipe

  • 1 bring 2 cups salted water to boil.
  • 2 add uncooked rice; cook until tender.
  • 3 brown floured and salted lamb chops in oil.
  • 4 add mushroom soup and 1/4 cup water.
  • 5 cover and cook 15 minutes.
  • 6 line casserole with rice, cover with chops and gravy.
  • 7 bake 30 to 45 minutes at 350°f or until tender.
