Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 6 lamb chops
- 6 tablespoons rice
- 6 slices onions
- 6 slices tomatoes
- 6 slices bell peppers
- 2 cups chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 brown chops on both sides.
- 2 grease casserole well.
- 3 place 1 t. rice for each lamb chop in bottom of pan.
- 4 place chops on rice.
- 5 place slice of onion, tomato and pepper on each chop.
- 6 cover with chicken broth; bake for 1 hour at 350.
