Ingredients
- 6 lamb chops
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/3 cups rice
- 10 1/2 ounces condensed cream of chicken soup, thinned
Recipe
- 1 in skillet, brown lamb chops on both sides.
- 2 season to taste with salt and pepper.
- 3 place rice in a greased 9x13 pan. pour chicken broth over rice.
- 4 arrange lamb chops on top of rice.
- 5 pour thinned can of cream of chicken soup over all.
- 6 cover and bake 350 for 45 minutes.
- 7 uncover and bake 10 minutes longer.
