Slow Cooker Lamb Tender Loin With Peach Preserves

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs boneless lamb loin
  • 1 cup peach preserves
  • 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup wine or 1/3 cup sodium free broth
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon orange juice
  • 1 dash dried red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil

Recipe
