Ingredients
- 2 -3 lbs lamb roast
- 1 large sliced onion
- 5 -6 garlic cloves
- 1 (14 ounce) can chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 brown roast in heavy skillet with a little oil. (i always skip this step).
- 2 place sliced onions in bottom of crockpot.
- 3 put roast on top of onions.
- 4 scatter garlic over top.
- 5 pour in chicken broth.
- 6 cook 6-8 hours on low.
